"blacktruck18" (blacktruck14)

My contractor buddy is at the house helping me put in some new flooring. He parked his work truck next to blacktruck, I think blacktruck is feeling a little bit shown up in his truck-ness.
I think the only body panel that isn’t fucked up is the hood. I didn’t take any interior pics but it’s thrashed, paint and shit is everywhere.
The passenger side window is down because it’s hot. The driver side window is down because it’s notional.

Kinda cool to see a truck that’s lived as a truck.

Did he back up into a post at speed or what?

I don’t remember the exact story. But, I think he was parked at a house he was working on and the guys came to re-pave the driveway. Somehow they didn’t notice the big blue truck in the driveway and hit with a tractor or something.

Genius. Hey could be worse. One day about 10 years ago someone parked their RX8 in the wrong spot at General Dynamics in Ottawa’s west end. It got hit by a tank.

WOW! Having driven a tank, I would say that might have been intentional. I know when I drove one I wanted to run over everything.

Hahaha. I think they driver just didn’t see it exiting the tank shed, but I’m not sure. I’m not convinced tanks have great peripheral vision. Having driven one perhaps you could opine.

Actually I think it depends, on how you sit in it. I had very little idea as to what the hell I was doing when I drove it. I saw an opportunity and jumped on it.
I drove with the hatch open sitting on the back of the seat so I could see as much as possible, I didn’t want to wreck a tank I wasn’t even supposed to be driving. If you are sitting all the way down in the seat with hatch closed your field of few is it about 10 o’clock to 2 o’clock.

That’s kind of what I figured. I think this car was more or less around 2 o clock or three o clock but I’m not sure. All I know for sure is it’s a write off haha.
